Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.

  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .75 oz honey-thyme simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz gin
  • ice to fill shaker
  • lemon peel twist and thyme sprig for garnish
